Motivation of staff and enrichment of work teams

Thanks to the integration of people with mental illness and / or drug addiction, the work teams in the company are more diverse. For decades it has been demonstrated that with diversity, regular workers gain motivation to see how people with difficulties are able to overcome and struggle to achieve goals.

In addition there is a phenomenon of identification of workers with the company that is best considered by them because they help these people, with difficulties, to improve their quality of life and their enthusiasm for continuing to struggle.

On the other hand, including people with mental illness or drug addiction in the workforce, improves decision making that is enriched with new points of view.
